一 、Sing an English song. Then greet between the teacher and the students .
二 、 Review the dialog of Section A.. Ask some sentences:

Is going to bed early good or bad for our health ?

1. Read the dialog by themselves . Find the new words and understand their meaning and pronunciation.
2.Listen to the tape and read after it. Thinking :What’s the dialog about ? After reading ,answer it .
3. Read again and understand the dialog with some questions. After reading it ,answer them.
