A. There be句型的結(jié)構(gòu)分析

There be句型的結(jié)構(gòu)為："There is / are +名詞+介詞短語/副詞"。其中there (已經(jīng)沒有"那里"之意)是一個引導詞，is / are是謂語，名詞是主語，介詞短語/副詞是地點狀語或時間狀語。

B. There be句型的用途

There be句型是一個表示"存在"的句型，它用來表示"某地(或某時)有某物(某事)"。例如：

There is a desk in the room. 房間里有一張書桌。

There are some books and flowers on the desk. 書桌上有一些書和花。

There is a football match this afternoon. 今天下午有一場足球賽。

特別提示：There be句型中作主語的名詞只能泛指，不能特指，因而不能用定冠詞the,形容詞性物主代詞或名詞所有格來修飾be動詞后面的名詞。如：

誤：There is my bike under the tree.

正：There is a bike under the tree.

正：My bike is under the tree.

C. There be句型中be動詞的選用

a) There be句型中be動詞后面的名詞是主語，那么be動詞的數(shù)就由這些名詞的數(shù)來決定。如果主語是單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞或不可數(shù)名詞，be動詞就用is; 如果主語是復數(shù)可數(shù)名詞，be動詞就用are。例如：

There is a girl under the tree. 樹底下有一個女孩。

There is some water in the glass. 杯子里有些水。

There are six boys in the room. 房間里有六個男孩。

b) 如果句中的主語是由and連接的多個名詞組成，be動詞的數(shù)就與最靠近它的第一個名詞的數(shù)保持一致。試比較：

There is a pen, two pencils and two rulers in the pencil-box. 鉛筆盒里有一枝鋼筆，兩枝鉛筆和兩把尺子。

There are two pencils, two rulers and a pen in the pencil-box. 鉛筆盒里有兩枝鉛筆，兩把尺子和一枝鋼筆。

提示：這兩句話表達的意思大致相同，但由于靠近be動詞的第一個名詞的數(shù)不同，選用的be動詞也不一樣。
