用法

　　1.表示抽象意義的“時(shí)間”，不可數。如：

　　Time will show which of us is right.時(shí)間能證明咱們誰(shuí)對誰(shuí)錯。

　　2.表示“一段時(shí)間”，通常可數。如：

　　She was away for quite a time.她已經(jīng)離開(kāi)了相當一段時(shí)間。

　　3.表示“次數”“……回”，為可數名詞。如：

　　The baby woke up three times in the night.孩子夜里醒了3次。

　　4.表示“倍數”“……倍”，為可數名詞。如：

　　The new method was ten times more efficient than the traditional one.新方法比傳統方法的效率提高了10倍。

　　5.表示“時(shí)機”“機會(huì )”，通常用單數形式。如：

　　The best time to invest is now.現在是投資的最佳時(shí)機。

　　6.表示“時(shí)代”“時(shí)期”，通常用復數形式。
