　　Since 1997, every year on April 11, was identified as "World Parkinson's Disease Day" (World Parkinson 's diseases, Day). The day was the discoverer of the Parkinson's disease, the British physician Dr James Parkinson's birthday.

　　On April 11, 1997, the European federation of Parkinson's disease (EPDA) announced in its charter, Parkinson's disease has the following rights: 1, was introduced to the Parkinson's disease with a special interest in the field of the doctor's rights; 2, the right to accept an accurate diagnosis; 3, easy to get the right to help or service; 4, accept the rights of the long-term care; 5, participate in the treatment process.

The government departments and the social from all walks of life in many countries have chosen in Parkinson's disease theme activities on April 11th. The world health organization and some countries government department, international medical community and regional cooperation, jointly promote the research and treatment of Parkinson's disease.

　　1997年4月11日，歐洲帕金森病聯(lián)合會(huì)(EPDA)在其綱領(lǐng)中宣布，帕金森病患者擁有以下權(quán)利：1、被介紹給對(duì)帕金森病領(lǐng)域有特殊興趣的醫(yī)生的權(quán)利;2、接受準(zhǔn)確診斷的權(quán)利;3、獲得方便的幫助或服務(wù)的權(quán)利;4、接受長(zhǎng)期照顧的權(quán)利;5、參與治療過(guò)程的權(quán)利。

　　世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)支持了世界帕金森病日的確定及歐洲帕金森病聯(lián)合會(huì)的綱領(lǐng)。許多國(guó)家的政府部門(mén)和社會(huì)各界都選擇在4月11日這天舉辦帕金森病主題活動(dòng)。世界衛(wèi)生組織還與一些國(guó)家政府部門(mén)、國(guó)際和地區(qū)醫(yī)學(xué)團(tuán)體合作，共同推動(dòng)帕金森病的研究與治療。
