關(guān)于國際奧林匹克日的英語作文
1894年6月23日，國際奧委會 在巴黎正式成立，為了紀(jì)念這一具有歷史意義的經(jīng)過國際奧林匹克委員會的贊同，把這一日稱為“奧林匹克日”或運(yùn)動日。國際奧委會從1948年起將每年的6月23日定為國際奧林匹克日。當(dāng)年6月23日舉行了首次奧林匹克日活動，參加的國家有葡萄牙、希臘、奧地利、加拿大、瑞士、英國、烏拉圭、委內(nèi)瑞拉和比利時。此后, 在每年的6月17日至24日之間, 各個國家或地區(qū)奧委會都要組織各種慶祝活動。現(xiàn)在世界上參加此項活動的國家、地區(qū)已由首屆的9個增至100多個，參加者十分踴躍，表達(dá)了人們對奧林匹克精神的崇尚! 經(jīng)過國際奧林匹克委員會的贊同，把這一日稱為“奧林匹克日”或“運(yùn)動日”。
