貼秋膘
民間流行在立秋這天以懸秤稱人，將體重與立夏時(shí)對(duì)比。因?yàn)槿说较奶欤揪蜎](méi)有什么胃口，飯食清淡簡(jiǎn)單，兩三個(gè)月下來(lái)，體重大都要減少一點(diǎn)。秋風(fēng)一起，胃口大開(kāi)，想吃點(diǎn)好的，增加一點(diǎn)營(yíng)養(yǎng)，補(bǔ)償夏天的損失，補(bǔ)的辦法就是“貼秋膘”：在立秋這天各種各樣的肉，燉肉烤肉紅燒肉等等，“以肉貼膘”。
