職位描述:
Job Description:
1、 Complete individual and overall sales objectives according to the monthly distribution
每月根據(jù)銷售任務,分配每位顧問當月銷售任務和目標,完成個人及中心整體銷售任務;
2、 As sales team supervisor and trainer ensure fundamental team principles of “fairness, honesty and openness” to develop efficiency and communication
銷售團隊的管理和培訓,保證團隊在“公平、公正、公開”的'原則下開展各項工作的推進和溝通;
3、 Regularly check that all curriculum consultant are persistently producing comprehensible work conducive to the students’ progress
保證所有課程顧問對其所屬學生進行持續(xù)跟蹤和溝通,定期抽查所有顧問的學員服務情況;
4、Maintain a clear line of communication with correlating departments
與其他相關部門保持暢通的溝通交流;
5、Assist the Marketing Department in developing and implementing plans to inform and expand our market
在總的市場目標下,協(xié)助市場部制定和實施市場傳播計劃。
任職要求:Job Requirements
1、 Education background: BA or above
教育背景:本科或本科以上學歷背景;
2、 Professional Knowledge: Marketing, English, Administration/Management
專業(yè)知識:銷售學(心理學)、英語、管理學;
